Starting January 2019, we will be holding cooking classes on the 4th floor of our building in Nihonbashiusing fine quality ingredients produced in Japan.

From lessons on making basic dishes such as miso soup andstewed dishes,to authentic arrangements of dishes using Japanese cooking techniques.Our classes will bring smiles to those from all over the world.

Not only will we have the president of our company Ms.Mamiko Nishiyama, we will also have classes such asYui-Mico's wagashimaking classthat has been popular in Japan, a California style cooking class using Japanese ingredients and many otherclasses. We have invited instructors with different cultural backgrounds and cooking categories for our classes.
