Flavio Parisi

Born in 1978 in Udine, Italy.
Learn linguistics in Venice. I am interested in cooking, I have cooked from my relatives in Naples and cooked for my family since I was 13 years old.
I traveled to India and Japan and learned how to cut Japanese food, especially fish, how to drink, how to cook.
Soup is very good and user-friendly. In Italy [Umami] is still an unknown element and I think that we should actively incorporate it in Italian cuisine and spread it.
