フラビオ パリ―ジ
Flavio Parisi
1978年イタリア・ウーディネに生まれる。
ベニスで言語学を学ぶ。料理には興味を持ち、ナポリにいる親戚から料理を学び13歳から家族のために料理をしてきた。
インドと日本を旅し、日本料理、特に魚に関する切り方、おろし方、調理方法等を学んでいる。
出汁はとても良いもので使い勝手がいい。イタリアで【Umami】はまだ、知られざる要素であることからイタリア料理に積極的に取り入れて広めていくべきものだと考える。
Born in 1978 in Udine, Italy.
Learn linguistics in Venice. I am interested in cooking, I have cooked from my relatives in Naples and cooked for my family since I was 13 years old.
I traveled to India and Japan and learned how to cut Japanese food, especially fish, how to drink, how to cook.
Soup is very good and user-friendly. In Italy [Umami] is still an unknown element and I think that we should actively incorporate it in Italian cuisine and spread it.
